ME
I am Talent Development and Performance Improvement professional with over 25 years of experience and demonstrated history of practice working in the field of: International Logistics, Consultancy and Hospitality industry (Focused, Full Service and Luxury).
Born in Sofia, Bulgaria, I possess Master Degree in “Slavic Philology” from Sofia University, speaking in 5 languages: English, Russian, Polish, Serbian, Croatian and Bulgarian (mother tongue).
In 2015, I went thought a special education with “Association of Talent Development” - ATD and earned credential as “Certified Professional in Learning and Performance” - CPLP.
In 2016, I became certified EMERGENETICS International Associate trainer, facilitating trainings, which focus is to Develop Talent, Transform Teams and Advance Organizations.
During my extensive practice as a trainer, coach and consultant, I had great opportunity to develop and inspire more than 10 000 people around the world, travelling to over 30 countries in 4 continents, facilitating “classroom” and “live on-line” virtual training courses.
