-  Several Live On-line Webinar sessions.

-  Mixed: Webinar and Classroom. 

-  Class-room environment.

Who should attend?


The target audience of this training is for: 


•    All team member levels in organisation, involved in delivery of customer service face-to-face or via telephone.   


What you will learn?


This is a highly interactive training, where your team members will be introduced to the:


•   Concepts of great customer care.


•   Why customer care matters and the value of good service. 


•   New language of “WELCOME”.


•   Handling challenging situations face-to face or during the phone call.


Upon completion of the course, participants will be equipped with necessary knowledge and skills to take care genuinely for guest and customers, as well as empowered to explore further opportunities to create unforgettable special “moments of truth”.   


Requirements:


•    There are no specific requirements in order to attend this training.


•    You just need to bring your stories and experiences of good or bad customer service, and your passion to learn and exchange thoughts about          customer service with other participants.


•    Bring with you also your good mood.
